Refund policy

At ShahiSip, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our food and consumable items, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund to your original payment method

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.
